Professional portraits on location

I recently had the opportunity to photograph professional headshots for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation team. This corporate headshot session was designed to create a consistent, polished look that employees can use across websites, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures, marketing materials, and internal communications.

As a Utah photographer, my goal is to make the process as simple and comfortable as possible. Many people aren’t excited to have their photo taken, so creating a relaxed environment is just as important as the lighting setup. Small adjustments to posing, expression, and posture make a big difference in creating portraits that feel natural and professional.

For this session, I brought a portable studio directly to the Huntsman office. Photographing the team on location meant employees could step away for just a few minutes before returning to work, making the process efficient without sacrificing image quality. Every portrait was photographed with the same lighting and backdrop to ensure a cohesive look across the organization while still allowing each person’s personality to come through.

Corporate headshot days require more than taking great photos. They require planning, organization, and an efficient workflow that keeps everyone on schedule. Whether I’m photographing ten employees or fifty, I focus on creating a smooth experience from start to finish while delivering portraits that people are genuinely excited to use.

If you’re looking for a Utah corporate headshot photographer for your business, nonprofit, or organization, I’d love to help create professional, consistent portraits for your team.
